Casaly (“we”, “us”, “our”) publishes digital guides for the home. We believe in privacy by design: we only collect the minimum information required to operate this website and fulfill your orders.

When you browse https://casaly.space, we do not require an account to browse and do not use advertising pixels or track your browsing history across other websites. Customers may choose email sign-in to access their purchases; creators may submit an affiliate application through this site.

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies. Essential first-party cookies remember an affiliate referral code through checkout and maintain short-lived verification challenges and customer sign-in sessions. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes; customer sessions expire after 30 days. You can sign out to clear a customer session.

Purchases & Payment Processing (Blink.store)

All purchases of Casaly digital products are processed through Blink.store, which serves as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Blink handles payment card data, billing, tax collection, and remittance. Casaly never stores or sees your payment card numbers.

To fulfill your digital purchase, Blink shares limited information with us — typically your email address, purchase date, order status, and product information. Casaly checks Blink for a paid order before showing purchase downloads. Download files are requested from Blink and streamed through Casaly's website.

Customer and Creator Email Access

When you request a sign-in code or submit a creator application, your email may be used to:

• Send a one-time verification code through our email delivery provider, Resend.
• Verify that you control the email address before opening customer or affiliate access.
• Look up your purchase with Blink. Creator applications include your name, email, and optional country and are submitted to Blink.
• Respond to support inquiries you send us directly.

Casaly does not maintain a separate customer account database. Blink stores purchase and affiliate-program records; Resend processes verification emails; Vercel hosts this website and its server-side API routes. We do not sell or rent personal information. These providers process information to operate the requested services under their own terms and privacy policies.

Casaly's signed sign-in cookies contain the verified email address and expire after 30 days. Email verification challenges, which can temporarily contain creator application details, expire after 10 minutes. We do not store verification codes or customer account records in a Casaly database. Blink retains its own customer and affiliate records according to Blink's policies.

Affiliate Referrals

If you arrive through a creator's affiliate link, Casaly stores that referral code in an essential first-party cookie for up to 30 days and passes it to Blink when creating a checkout. Blink uses the code to attribute eligible purchases and calculate commissions.
